I'm more than just a counsellor – I'm a fellow traveller on the journey of life.
As a mother, wife, and grandmother, I understand the complexities and challenges that life can bring. My background in finance gave me valuable experience in supporting people through stressful situations, but it was the impact of Covid that truly ignited my passion for mental health.
Driven by a desire to help others, I embarked on a journey of learning and growth, earning degrees in Behavioural Studies, Wellness (with a focus on Positive Psychology), Psychology, and Counselling. And I'm not stopping there! I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Counselling to further refine my skills.
For those seeking support that aligns with their faith, I am also an accredited Christian Counsellor.

While Medicare rebates are not available for counselling, I offer a sliding scale fee structure to help make my services accessible to a wider range of clients.
